I'm a Product and Service Designer with nearly 30 years of experience, the last 15 of which have been dedicated to building digital products across industries like banking, education, insurance, agritech, recycling, content portals, hosting, and risk & compliance management.
I specialize in research, discovery, and facilitating design processes that create real business impact. Beyond designing, I engage in mentoring, team building, and driving alignment between design and strategy.
My background combines Communication and Technology, with hands-on experience in HTML/CSS (from version 1 to 5/3), as well as agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, PDCA, and the Double/Triple Diamond approach.
I'm fluent in Portuguese and Italian, and have an intermediate command of English and Spanish — I can hold conversations, write, and navigate work in both.
I’m also a strong communicator and presenter — over the years I’ve received over a dozen testimonials for my ability to articulate, influence, and defend design decisions clearly and effectively.
I’m not looking for a role tied to big cities like São Paulo or Rio. I believe design can (and should) be done from anywhere — I’m happiest in small towns and quiet places. What truly drives me is helping companies grow their design culture — whether joining an established team or helping to build one from scratch.
